Film And Literacy KS3
Thursday October 16 4.30 – 6.00pm £10 per teacher
For teachers of English at KS3 to discover how fi lm can be
used to support curriculum content and develop new approaches
to planning and delivery. The session will use fi lm
clips, activities and resources to illustrate how fi lm can be
used to enhance literacy and the impact it can have on the
wider curriculum.
Pardon My French KS2
Monday October 20 4.30 – 6.00pm £10 per teacher
For teachers from KS2 upwards who are teaching a MFL in
their school. The session has been developed in collaboration
with the British Film Institute and looks at how fi lm
can be used to offer a whole new perspective on the planning
and delivery of MFL in primary schools.
